I really liked the second picture of the freedom tower in NYC. And you are right, the resilience and spirit of New Yorkers is most impressive.
I was in NY in December, just before Christmas, it was beautiful to see everything looking so festive.
Did you get a chance to visit the 9/11 museum as well?
thank you – you made me go back and find that entry. I like that photo as well. Unfortunately we did not get to go to the museum. That will have to happen on another visit.
It is a really good museum but for obvious reasons it’s not an easy visit.
Did you see the new shopping mall next door? Not for shopping purposes but for the architecture? Real stunning.
